Rolf Steidinger started his career in automation technology in 1975. After several years of working in Germany and abroad, Rolf Steidinger founded the company HS Anlagenprojektierung GmbH in 1999 together with his then business partner. In 2009 the company was renamed to “HS Automation GmbH”. As shareholder and managing director of HS Automation GmbH, Rolf Steidinger is responsible for sales and for the commercial division.

For more than 40 years Rolf Steidinger has realized numerous automation projects for the manufacturing industry. His expertise in electrical engineering, software development, planning, project management and sales as well as his long experience in the field of automation technology enables HS Automation GmbH to offer solutions for customer specific requirements.

Marc Steidinger started his career as a mechatronics engineer in 1998. After working for several years, mostly abroad, Marc moved to his parents’ company in 2007. In January 2018, Marc Steidinger was appointed co-owner of the company HS Automation GmbH. As shareholder and managing director of HS Automation GmbH, Marc Steidinger is responsible for the technical business area.

In his several years of activity, Marc Steidinger also implements numerous robotics and automation projects for the manufacturing industry. His expertise in electrical engineering, software development, planning and project engineering as well as his many years of experience in the field of robotics and automation technology enables HS Automation GmbH to offer customer-specific solutions.
